The MX-BL biscuit line is configured for soft dough and hard sweet biscuits. The rotary forming machine uses a hardened-engraved roller and an adjustable scraper to press dough into accurate shapes at high speed, and the dough hopper with low-pressure feeding prevents over-working the dough.
Products then pass through a multi-zone tunnel oven with independent top/bottom temperature control, followed by an oil sprayer, a cooling conveyor with forced air, and stacking before packing. Zones temperatures, belt speed and spray quantities are all set from a single control panel.
We build the line to your target output and product drawing. A typical project starts with a biscuit sample, from which we confirm the forming roller engraving and process recipe before manufacturing.
