The MX-CD line cooks syrup to the required moisture level in a vacuum cooker, then deposits it into moulds at a controlled temperature for uniform weight and shape. An automatic stick-inserting unit handles lollipop formats, while the cooling tunnel sets the candy before de-moulding.
The depositor uses a precision piston with heated nozzles to prevent sugar crystal build-up. Mould plates are interchangeable, giving you product flexibility without a second line.
