The MX-PE line combines a force-feeder with a single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer and water-ring or strand pelletizer. A forced feeder compacts light film and woven-bag material so it feeds steadily without bridging — the most common failure point in film recycling.
A vacuum degassing zone removes moisture and volatiles, which improves granule quality and reduces odour. The PLC panel monitors melt pressure and temperature, alerts on filter blockage and protects the screw with an automatic shut-off.
We size the line to your material and target output, and can supply the upstream washing line, crusher and dewatering machine as a complete recycling plant.

Packing & shipping
The machine is wrapped in plastic film, fixed on a steel pallet or in a plywood case, then loaded and secured inside the container. We supply the packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Fumigation and marine insurance can be arranged on request.
