This line processes rigid plastic scrap into clean, dry flakes ready for pelletizing. It starts with a heavy-duty crusher, then moves through hot washing with detergent, high-speed friction washing, a float-sink separation tank to remove caps and labels, and finally a dewatering and drying stage.
Water is recirculated through settling tanks to reduce make-up water and discharge volume — increasingly important for environmental compliance. Worn blades are replaceable individually.
