The MX-FL series continuous frying line is engineered for manufacturers who need stable output and consistent product colour, batch after batch. Material enters the fryer through a variable-speed feed conveyor, is transported by a submerged scraper conveyor, and exits through a de-oiling section with adjustable speed so you can fine-tune oil retention without stopping production.
A plate-type heat exchanger with automatic oil filtering keeps frying oil clean and extends oil life significantly compared with batch fryers. The PLC touch screen stores multiple recipes, and the thermocouple control system holds temperature within ±2 °C, which is critical for repeatable colour and texture.
Every line is fabricated from food-grade 304 stainless steel, assembled and run-tested in our workshop before shipment, and supplied with a complete electrical panel, oil pump and spare-parts kit. We can also integrate seasoning drums, cooling conveyors and nitrogen-flush packing machines into a turnkey line.
