This line automates the four most labour-intensive steps in poultry feet processing: scalding, skin peeling, splitting, and bubbling wash. Depending on the configuration you can choose a single-function machine or a fully linked line with transfer conveyors between stations.
The peeling unit uses a segmented rubber roller with adjustable pressure, achieving clean peeling with a low damage rate. Yield typically reaches 95% or better. All contact surfaces are food-grade stainless steel suitable for hygiene inspection.
