Designed for smaller plants and pilot lines, the MX-FB batch fryer gives you the same frying quality as a continuous line with a much lower entry cost. Products are loaded into a stainless basket or on a pendulum frame; the digital controller then follows a stored time and temperature programme.
An integrated in-line oil filter removes crumbs and sediment after each cycle, which keeps oil fresh and dramatically reduces oil consumption — typically 20–30% lower than an unfiltered fryer. The inclined tank bottom with a large drain and clean-out door makes daily cleaning fast.
