Flake ice is the fastest-cooling ice format: thin, dry slices with a large contact area that melt quickly without bruising product. The MX-FI range covers 500 kg to 5 tonnes per day in a compact, mobile cabinet with an integrated storage bin — a single unit that drops into fish markets, poultry plants and produce packing sheds.
The vertical SS304 evaporator drum and hardened ice scraper keep output dry and consistent in hot, humid conditions. Choose air cooling for standard workshops or water cooling for enclosed engine rooms; both packages are matched to your site's ambient temperature before shipment.
