The MX-VW series uses high-pressure air blowers to create a strong bubbling action that lifts, tumbles and separates produce, removing soil, sand and surface residue without bruising. An optional ozone generator adds sterilisation and helps extend shelf life.
A slow-moving mesh or chain conveyor carries the product out of the tank and through a secondary spray section. The tank bottom is sloped with a large discharge valve, and the water can be recirculated, which reduces consumption considerably.

The machine is wrapped in plastic film, fixed on a steel pallet or in a plywood case, then loaded and secured inside the container. We supply the packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Fumigation and marine insurance can be arranged on request.
