About the MX-UW800

Ultrasonic cavitation creates micro-implosions on the produce surface that lift stubborn residue out of crevices and stems — something bubbling alone struggles with. Because there are no brushes, the process is gentler than mechanical washing, making it the right choice for soft fruit.

The standard configuration links pre-wash, ultrasonic wash, bubble wash, spray rinse and air-knife drying on one frame. All tanks are individually drained and the ultrasonic transducers are mounted on removable plates for easy maintenance.

Key features

• Ultrasonic cavitation for deep residue removal
• Gentle enough for berries and soft fruit
• Multi-stage: pre-wash → ultrasonic → bubble → rinse → dry
• Individually drainable tanks for easy cleaning
• Removable transducer plates for low-cost maintenance
