Uniformly distributed soft nylon brushes rotate in the same direction as the conveying motion, scrubbing soil from irregular root surfaces while a high-pressure spray rinse flushes it away. Brush pressure and roller speed are both adjustable so you can match the machine to delicate new potatoes or tough taro.
Brushes can be removed and replaced individually without dismantling the machine, a significant maintenance advantage in daily production.
