The MX-VC cutting line combines a dicer with an optional slicer and strip cutter on one conveyor-driven line. Blade assemblies are mounted on quick-release cassettes, so switching from 10 mm dice to 3 mm slices takes minutes rather than hours.
A vibratory or belt infeed spreads product evenly across the cutting head, which is essential for a consistent cut and for protecting the blades. The whole cutting chamber swings open for cleaning.
