The MX-SC combines a cutting rotor and a hammer mill in one unit, so baled straw or loose stalk is chopped and then refined in a single pass. Screens of different mesh sizes control final fineness from coarse chaff to fine mash suitable for pellet production.
Hardened hammers are reversible, doubling their working life, and the rotor is dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and noise. The large feed opening accepts round or square bales directly.
The machine is wrapped in plastic film, fixed on a steel pallet or in a plywood case, then loaded and secured inside the container. We supply the packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading and certificate of origin. Fumigation and marine insurance can be arranged on request.
