The MX-FM line takes grain, cake meal and additives through grinding, batching by weight, ribbon mixing and — optionally — pelletising and cooling. The batching controller stores formulas so operators simply select a recipe and quantity.
A double-ribbon mixer achieves over 95% mixing uniformity, and the pellet mill uses a conditioned die to produce durable feed pellets with low fines. Considering the whole line, power consumption per tonne is kept low through correctly sized motors and drives.
